Our philosophy
If you are happy with the service provided to you by us and would like to help a friend, colleague or even business, become part of our Candidate Referral Scheme.
WorkForce Cyprus is primarily a referral-based business and, as such, we place a high value on the referrals we receive.
To recognise the importance we place on receiving referrals, we have implemented a referrals reward scheme to reward individuals who refer either candidates or new clients to us.
Your rewards
You will receive a gift voucher from various vendors for referring a candidate to us who is not already registered if we secure them a role for a minimum of 2 months.
You will receive a cash prize for referring a business to WorkForce Cyprus if a candidate is placed in a permanent role with that business within six months of the referral.
You don’t need to work for us, or to be registered with us to qualify for this reward.
Terms & Conditions
- This scheme applies to permanent placements only.
- The candidate must not already be known by WorkForce Cyprus.
- Where the candidate is introduced by more than one person we will operate on a first come first served basis.
- Payments will be made subject to the candidate remaining in employment for a minimum of 2 months.
- If you are a limited company, payment will be made to your company upon receipt of a valid invoice for 'Candidate Rewards Scheme'.
- All referral payments will be made against the original permanent placement only.
- The scheme is only valid for six months from the date of the initial referral.
- WorkForce Cyprus reserves the right to amend or change the conditions of the scheme without written notice
- In the event of any disputed fees, following all reasonable reference checks, WorkForce Cyprus’ decision will be final.
- There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make.
- No replacements or alternatives will be provided if the award is lost or stolen. No monetary alternative is available.
- These terms are final and non-negotiable.
