When do I actually get charged?
Clients only get invoiced once the placement is completed. You will not be charged if there is no placement through Workforce. Once we have confirmed the placement and the candidate starts, an invoice will be submitted to you to be processed.
Do I have a guarantee?
WorkForce provides all of its clients a guarantee on every placement. By guarantee we mean that should a candidate placed by WorkForce leave the company for whatever reason within the specified guarantee period, WorkForce provides a free replacement for that position.
How do I become a WorkForce candidate?
By submitting your CV to us and being interviewed by a WorkForce consultant, you become part of our WorkForce network. This will give you access to all relevant jobs available within our large client base.
Will I be charged by WorkForce?
We do not charge any of our candidates. Our job is to assist in finding suitable positions for our candidates. We are here to provide you with possible job opportunities in the market that best meet your profile and career aspirations. We are here to build your career at no cost.
Will my application be treated confidentially?
Absolutely! We know that searching for a new job is a private matter. When you register with WorkForce, your details will be treated in a discreet and confidential manner.
